Return & Refund Policy – Ghost Vapors

At Ghost Vapors, we take pride in offering premium hemp products and accessories. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help, under the following terms:

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔄 Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: The restocking fee will not apply if:

  • We shipped the incorrect item

  • Your item arrived damaged (photo proof required)

❌ Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items

The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • 420 THC Mystery Boxes

  • Best 510 Thread Batteries

  • Cannabis Accessories

  • Cannabis Packaging

  • Empty Units

  • Glass Products

  • Hemp Wraps

  • Wholesale Bulk Distillate

This includes any photo-labeled or listed product variant above.

Additionally, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Perishables (e.g., tinctures, gummies) that have been opened

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus any restocking fee).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

📬 Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@ghostvapors.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any items back without approval.
